Went in to upgrade my phone recently and everything was super quick and easy, I can’t remember the girl’s name that helped me but she was so sweet and helpful. Some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff around!

Store is ok to upgrade your phone or become a new customer. If you buy accessories such as screen/camera protectors don’t expect them to have them available if you need it replaced. I went in three weeks ago to do just that. They weren’t in stock, no big deal the rep said the truck would be in the next Tuesday. Next Tuesday comes around and the camera protector didn’t come in. Ok, can you order it and text me, same rep says yes. Two weeks go by and nothing, I go in and they don’t have them still. Call AT&T and it’s not a corporate store, customer service suggested a corporate store. Collinsville AT&T store is corporate and they were able to help right away. Don’t bother with the Granite City store, waste of time.

I went in to AT&T and Sean helped me! I couldn't be happier with the service I received! He was quick and thorough and explained everything in detail! I would highly recommend Anyone who goes to this store to get with Sean for help!
