Brought a part was wrong part return and they say my money wouldn't get refund back to my card for 2 to 3 days and couldn't get part at other store because lack of money refund

Asked for a code reader for a check engine light. Got the error code(s) and was told we could buy the part(s) needed. It was Engine misfires; Asked the guy how many ignition coils I needed and said “just 1 was needing to be replaced.” So I took his word for it and just bought the one; turns out only one cylinder was actually working. Glad we didn’t drive too far down the road to actually get it diagnosed and fixed. We could’ve been on the side of the road because someone couldn’t read the error codes correctly to a customer.

This place was very helpful and friendly staff that was knowledgeable about my situation with a check engine light! They had the free fixer fired up and had me out if the store in under 3 minutes with the information on paper that I can show my garage ! The attendee/ technician was very nice

I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.
Today I went to O'Reilly! Thank you for your professionalism! I'm ready for the next 30 years!

Went there and they had horrible customer service. They also ended up Giving us the wrong item and the whole time the guy had an unnecessary attitude when all we did was ask for help to find a certain item.
