UPDATE..
No call has ever been received from the district manager, and I was advised by the corporate office I would receive a call. When I called back the corporate office did not care and could not advise me what Caseys corporate office is doing about the manager not reaching out to me or the situation. This is unacceptable as lives could have been lost.
During the recent tornado in STL that crossed right near this caseys. The store locked the door and would not allow people in for shelter. My 18 year old son was turned away in a tornado even though he is a regular customer there. They weren't letting people in supposedly unless they ordered pizza. I called during the storm to ask them to let people in and advised there was rotation above my house, and the person told me the doors are locked for the storm and she hung up. I've attached a pic of the map from ksdk to show that Caseys was in the tornado as at times the tornado was a mile wide.

5-16-25 a tornado hit us as we we're driving. We pulled in to this Casey location scared looking for a safe place. The employees locked the doors and refused to allow us or a young couple on a motorcycle to enter the store during the tornado. As we retreated to our car, they opened the door for a man who yelled he had ordered a pizza! I'll never order from this location or stop here ever again.

I ordered 1 large pizza doe consider pickup and went when it was supposed to be ready and notified them I had arrived. After 20 minutes I finally had to go in. Only to be told they thought my truck was a different color than I stated. No one ever bothered to even come out the door to check and when I said something they started they had customers. Don’t offer curbside if you are too lazy to take the orders out to the cars. By the time I got my pizza it was cold. And the service was horrible. I do not recommend this location.

Went in yesterday, what I wanted to purchase required ID, gave them my passport and they REFUSED to take it. From my knowledge…my passport is a Federal Government issued ID! Do better! Teach the ignorant employees the right way! By the way it was the bigger girl with glasses that did the evening shift! Watch out

Some stuff just have chips or their shoulder points are always down. Soda Fontana is most always out of ice or not working at all. Food is hit and miss.

Pizza had wilted lettuce on our taco pizza. Undercooked crust. Hardly any fresh lettuce cause it was hot and mostly under the cheese. First time I have been disappointed with their taco pizza.

Removed my message from last night that wasn't very nice. I figure the photos of the two pizza speaks for themselves. Do want to mention the one with the white paper was my first order, picked up by someone else, then returned and was given to us to take home with my second order........need I say more??I guess Casey is also serving their pizza a new way, pre-slice pieces stacked on top of each other. Yes, stacked on top of each other, check out the photos.I will not be ordering again from the Casey's in Pontoon Beach.
