The people here are always very kind and even if you don't wanna pick up a game they have tons of anime, game, and other pop culture merch at good prices.
Sunnie was also very kind and a wondeful cashier.

Great customer service but lousy merchandise. Brand New PS5 slim and it's turning off and on and eventually ran hot. Super easy exchange process with receipt. Worker had pleasant attitude,very professional and got me taken care of quickly and with 0 issues. I just wasn't crazy about needing to drive 40miles round way to return a Brand New system.

This short fat-rude-ugly lady, told me to leave the store. All because, I told her to quit asking me if I needed help. Because 6 months ago another girl did that to me, and I never went back. She immediately started telling me to leave, and get out of her store. This Store hasn't been good, since Nathan. DO NOT SHOP HERE, GET IT SHUT DOWN!!!

Went to buy a Xbox and the lady told me they had it in stock. I payed for it at the desk and they she went to the back and they didn’t even have it!! I already paid for it like come on now. She gave me a refund on my card and now I have to wait a week to get my money back. Completely ruined my holiday! If a manager can get a hold of me please do so
