Never take your car her lmao, it took them a month and a half to even look at my car and then for 3 months it's just been sitting there because they're "waiting on a part". Unironically take your car to AutoZone lmao

I went in for new tires. Here we are a month later and my steering wheel shaking. So I seemed a second opinion from another tire shop and Patterson didn't balance my tires! But they sure charged me for it. And they also broke my key which costed 300.00 dollars.

Took them new wheels and tires and new tmps valve stems and they either didn’t put them in or didn’t bother to program them. Took them back and guy said he set them, got down the road and they stopped working again. I have spent thousands there over the years but never again
