“I was impressed by the place. The don't actually buy jewelry which is disappointing to me. I was also told they only buy gold. You can sell silver for $0.25 per their standard weight. Well not here.”
“I have bought a lot of jewlery from this place over the past few years and have always been satisfied. Being a pawn shop sometimes you run into flaws with items that you or the pawn shop can't see at the time of the sale. The few times out of a hundred that I've had problems with an item, the pawn shop manager (nice lady, very professional) has always done what was fair for me and the pawn shop, to make it right. They also seem to be one of the few pawn shops that look out for their customers. I frequent every pawn shop in the St. Louis area and I would honestly rank this pawn shop towards the top when it comes to integrity. I'm not saying they're perfect, but it seems like they're constantly trying to get better and correct their mistakes in the future. Also it seems like the more you spend, the more they're willing to work with you when it comes to prices. My suggestion would be to save up and try to negotiate a deal on multiple items.”
