Love the store. Wish they'd go back to normal checkout lines. Besides Walmart, this is the town's biggest grocer so they are OFTEN out of items. Especially when on sale. For example: there's an advertised 3 day sale, the product is gone on day 1.

Bakery lost my cupcake order
I placed an order for a half dozen red velvet cupcakes at the Schnucks bakery in Granite City, IL on October 10, 2025, for pickup on October 17, 2025. The bakery employee told me I could pick them up anytime after 12 noon, but when I arrived around 3:00 PM, they said they couldn’t find my order at all. I was never given a receipt when I placed it, so there was no record.
This was extremely disappointing since the cupcakes were for my birthday. The situation was handled unprofessionally, and no solution was offered. I hope management reviews this and improves communication and order tracking for customers.

Denise needs a new job, seruously! Shes not a bagger. Shes payed to be a supervisor. If she can't do her job and figure out issues on a register, she definitely needs to be demoted.
You don't laugh at disabled folks when they are denied food.
Thats wrong and she needs to be reprimanded for it. 💯

Sad how Denise who is a supervisor, can't figure out how to scan a barcode from a device but her employees can.
She sure loves to gossip with lots of misinformation.
