Trevor Holman has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, as has his wife Khadijah Holman. I truly wish I had never dealt with them! Please consider doing business with any T Mobile store other than this store as it is a wreck.UPDATE: After reading this review the store owner Trevor called me and told me on a recorded phone line that he "Owns a T Mobile store and can give me multiple bad reviews to my business all day since he has my information". This is now a matter for the authorites, I will continue to update on here.

I would drive 100 miles out of my way just to avoid this store. Been in this store twice and both times I would of got better customer service from a cat in the dumpster behind the store. T mobile should be embarrassed

I walked in knowing what I needed. Dave, the sales associate, was absolutely the best T Mobile employee I've ever dealt with. The guy doesn't overdo it and only worked with what I was looking to achieve. So refreshing. And his work colleague Trevor was also just very calm and patient and helped out when it was needed. Nothing overdone or fake about these 2 gentlemen. They should be training people around the country and giving T Mobile more employees like Dave and Trevor. Truly a pleasure to meet and work with them on my home internet service. Will recommend this service to anyone and hope Dave and Trevor are working when the referred come knocking.

I saw the special they were offering for internet and decided to try them. It was horrible from the beginning. First, they give us a tablet saying it was free. We say nothing is free. The guy says yes it is...it's free. Get the bill and was charged $30 for a business line connected to the tablet. So we take the tablet back and they wouldn't take it saying we had to mail it. We call to get the info of where to mail it to. They tell us no we told you it was free it will be free. Got the bill and still being charged $30. On top of that, they charged us $8 for calling in. Then I work from home and could not keep a connection. I know it was T Mobile's internet because I switched to Spectrum and have not lost a connection yet. Went to take them their equipment back and was told we couldn't leave it. Left it anyway. I refuse to keep getting the run around and charged for calling about their stuff that they don't want to take back even though thats where you got it from. Horrible service and crooks!

I love this store, out of all stores I have been too this has gotta be the most up lifting one. The employees are amazing! Thanks Dave for helping me out with everything I needed! If I could give you 10 starts I would!

From the time I walked in and until I left I was treated like a person and not a number, which these days it is a roll of the dice as to what kind of service you are going to get. Trevor, the store manager was the person that took care of me and answered all of the questions and concerns I had regarding the home internet, but what really impressed me about Trevor is he took the extra time to explain everything in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. The customer service at this store IMO is second to none, and that is why I will be bringing more customers in so they can experience the same great service as I have! Thanks to Trevor and his crew for going above and beyond the call of duty! I only hope that a person from Corporate reads this review and gives the store the recognition they have earned! Thank you Trevor and all of the workforce at the Granite City T-Mobile store.

Everytime I have come into this T-Mobile they have been a great help. Whether it’s tech issues, inquiring about updating a phone or just purchasing they are spectacular. Especially the assistant Manager Dave. Since he began at the store I have noticed my experience has shot through the roof!! If you ever go in ask for Dave

It was explained to me that I could not return an item I had purchased to this store without a receipt or exact date of purchase even though it was purchased from this store. Normally this would not concern me but when I purchased the item I was told it would fit my iPhone plus even though it was for an iPhone max pro because the screen size was the same. in addition when I purchased the accessories I was asked why I wouldn’t purchase my phone from this store versus having it shipped to me online. When I was offered no options and I mentioned that I purchased it from one of the present associates still not offered suggestions. It was basically as if it was no concern to the associate to help. At no time was I apologized to for the issue. We were just met with minimal effort and yet they want more business. No thanks! I will spend my time and money at another location. Perfect example of associates wanting maximum pay and praise for no effort.

Does anyone else who has T-Mobile (Granite City)have dropped calls or issues with dead zone problems in there house to where you can't call out or receive calls? Since they bought out Sprint we have nothing but issues. I went to inquire about this only to be told that we are going to have areas where this will happen. SORRY T-MOBILE WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES LIKE THIS WITH SPRINT ?. Really considering switching servers!!!

One of the gentleman did greet me once I walked in. That's the only positive thing I can say. Soon as he figured out he couldn't help me, it was like I wasn't even there. He just said nope we don't have it, turned his back and walked away. Another guy was talking rudely to an older lady who was clearly struggling. Not professional ?
