I was rear ended the beginning of September after I had just got my new car less than 3 weeks before hand. Once the insurance claim was finalized I took my car here and Edgar was absolutely amazing to work with! He kept me updated on anything regarding my car. I was thinking I’d be without my car for at least a week but I dropped it off on a Tuesday and had it back that Friday and it looked like the accident never happened! Definitely recommend Caliber Collison and working with Edgar for any repairs needed!

Edgar took care of my truck after an accident. Was incredibly helpful told me my car wouldn't be ready until the week of the 22nd I told him that I would need it sooner if possible. Was ready the week we had that conversation. Super professional wonderful service. I'll update after 2 weeks of having my car if I have any issues.
Update: Truck runs great still looks amazing.

Customer service was awful, getting my vehicle serviced elsewhere. See, look how instead of reaching out directly to apologize and fix the issue they just send out a generic response instead of actually trying to mend the issue with the customer. You should have shame not pride

I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision and especially Edgar. From the moment I walked in with my mom to get her truck checked after a scratch that happened that same day, the staff welcomed us with so much kindness and understanding. We were devastated about the incident, but Edgar went above and beyond to help us, even with only 30 minutes left before closing. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out.
My dad has always trusted Caliber Collision, and now I see why, they never disappoint! Their customer service is excellent, and they make a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any collision needs. Thank you, Edgar, and the whole team for your outstanding service!

Terrible. They were rude and dismissive. I don't work in the car business so I have no idea how it all works. They talked to me like I'm stupid. I went to pick up my car the old white man scolded me like I'm his 16 year old daughter. Was not helpful, rude, when I was leaving he make the "she's crazy" whistle as I was leaving. Told me it was going to be ready Friday, its not. Its Labor Day weekend and they aren't open until Tuesday. Congrats old white guy, you cost me more money, because I have to keep the rental car. Maybe he doesn't like women? Or veterans? Or disabled people? Maybe it disabled women veterans? Never again. I called their corporate office and my insurance company and complained.

Ed, the manager at Caliber Collision, is committed to fixing your car quickly and efficiently. While I wish they had ordered the hard-to-get parts before disassembling my vehicle, as another shop had offered, once the parts arrived, the repairs were completed swiftly. When I noticed an issue, Ed immediately addressed it, ensuring our vehicle looks and works as good as new.

Did a great job on the repair. Everyone is friendly and professional. Done ahead of schedule. Wish they could have got me in quicker but got my car came home beautiful and they gave it a bath.

Nothing but quality work and true professionalism from the entire staff. Eddie was amazing in every aspect of informing me the status of my repair. I highly recommend this shop and I gave them 5 stars because of their quality customer service and kindness!! I normally never give 5 stars but they deserve it!!

I went in for a problem with my back van door that wouldn't shut to get a estimate and Jordan said give the keys and we'll see what we can do for you right now. 15 minutes later it was out in front and fixed. The van is a charity vehicle and he said no charge. This is what's called paying it forward, I was so thankful. They are a class act.

Impecable job on my car.
Their updates were consistent and informative, keeping me looped in every step of the way, which is so reassuring when your car is in the shop.
