“I have had my Super Shox for awhile which by the way are great riding shocks.
Recently on a Sunday I was getting my bike ready for a ride the next day and noticed an issue with my Super Shox, I sent them a email that evening explaining the issue and Brian the owner replied back in a few minutes telling me he will get a replacement set sent out right away and in a few days I got them. Customer service is outstanding and their shocks are second to none.
It is very rare in these days to find a company who makes a great product and provide excellent customer service also.”
