“Lino is the man! I bought a VW lemon and had no clue where to go I was looking online and everyone said this was the place to go. I was very nervous but some how lino and his men worked their magic and got my suv running. I gave lino a project and he went above and beyond fixing it, he called and updated me every step. I will never go to another shop after this.”

“EditEd from caliber collision reached out to me Monday March 11th about my dissatisfaction of the paint and overspray on my car. I stopped by March 12th to show him the problem areas, and was reassured that they could take care of said issues in the paint in a day. I dropped the car off March 13th at 4:50 pm, I received a call the next day March 14th at 5:00 pm telling me my car was ready. I told him that I would be picking my car up Friday March 15th, I picked it up at around 12:10 pm looked at the the paint and door jambs and was satisfied that they resolved the initial problems I had and got it done when he said they can get it done. I am happy Ed reached out and wanted to work with me to resolve my issues with the paint and overspray.I chose this shop as it was one that worked with the insurance I was filing a claim with after a car accident I had that happened in January 2024. I dropped the car off February 20th for them to do the estimate and it remained there. On February 28th I was notified the repairs were started. On March 6th I got I call that my car would be ready Friday, March 8th. I picked my car up Friday March 8th around 4:50 pm, it was raining and cloudy so I wasn’t able to see the quality of the paint job or work until today (Saturday March 9th). Now as I look at the quality of the repairs done ,I am feeling dissatisfied with the quality and workmanship. Right off the bat, I noticed the paint has an orange peel texture to it that is very visible up close. I also noted a piece of debris in the paint that sticks out. I can see on the door jambs very visible over spray, one section even has the sanding marks and a prominent clear coat over spray line that can be felt and seen.I will be updating my review once I contact and discuss with the shop about the quality of work I was left with.”
