I was getting set to start a 5 1/2 hour trip to the beautiful state of Ohio. I stopped by this gas station at roughly 5 o'clock in the morning. No one around… Not anyone pumping gas and only two employees working because it was so early. I go inside the store after pumping my own gas to grab a bottle of water. Both employees have their lanes closed and are counting their drawers at the same time. No one even acknowledged that I was standing in line waiting for them. After about two minutes, I decided that the water wasn't worth it because the customer service was so terrible. I understand shift change, but that shouldn't come at the cost of customer service. I'll be going to the Shell across the street going forward.

Card reader didn’t work. The gas pump wouldn’t actually pump gas. And then it didn’t Penny a receipt. Three strikes.

The car wash is the worst car wash in the NATION!
HALF the spray nozzles don't work, doesn't clean the back of the SUV, barely cleans the hood.
THE BLOW DRYER STARTS BEFORE THE WASH IS FINSHED.
this car wash is more than TWENTY YEARS OLD,
DON'T BUY THE CAR WASH TO GET A CHEAPER GAS PRICE!!!

Came in 2/18 between 11:25-11:40 am. The lady kept giving nasty looks and had an insane attitude. Friend had to change cause she spilled something in the car/ The lady literally shouted at me while bringing something to her to the door of the bathrooms. The employee cleeelt didn’t wanna be there, gave me a dirty look. I never had this type of experience and I wasn’t even doing anything wrong. Decided to buy gas at the station across the street.

Great gas prices, lots of pumps, amazing car wash and conveniently located at major intersection. Great customer service, but It's like any other gas station with overpriced items. Use the BP App to get a price match for the lowest of BP station in a 3 mile radius.

Misleading sale prices.Had a sale for 12 oz monster energy drinks 3 for 6 dollars plus tax. I was charged full price for all three of them. Instead of 6 dollars I had to pay 9. I went back to check and the cashier tried to tell me they were the "other" ones. The regular fill size ones that were below the 12 oz ones. Real awkward. Apart from that, cashier was a passionate guy I guess? So 2 stars.

For some reason they don’t accept the paper ID document given by the DMV even though it was not expired. Had to take my business elsewhere. Had multiple forms of identification and the dismissive cashier wouldn’t even look at them. Terrible customer service will never return.

Nope. Can't spend anymore money there for a while. After today (including few prior visits recently) I can totally tell that this particular cashier resents having to work there and she may... or may not... take that resentment out on you; the paying customer. It wouldn't surprise me if she is toxic to work with.

It's the worst gas station I've been to. Costumer service is horrible if you try to use the app to pay don't work because the pomp are lock and the staff they don't care don't even help you I will never come back in this gas station

The car wash is just bad. The entry code reader rejects legitimate codes. Then the spinning hard rubber washer strands break your car’s side trim and window moldings. Stay away!!
