Had terrible experience with FedEx trying to return a package that was delivered and was not. Mine was never ordered by me. Impossible to get them to take it back. They even took it back once and then redelivered it. Everyone was very unhelpful

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. They are liars and won’t admit this messed up delivering my package and put all the blame on the customer.

Why dont you guys try hiring drivers that use common sense, and don't put cardboard box right in a puddle or where you clearly tell water is dripping. Never had an issue with old driver before he quit mid December
