This was a horrible experience. I told the woman doing my taxes that we would need to e-sign due to my husband's work schedule (leaves at 3 am and returns at 6 pm). She agreed we could do e-signature. I went to pay the bill and she will not release my taxes without him going into the office. A complete waste of my time.
