We were in need of home owners and car insurance after moving from Cook to Lake, cutting it close to the expiration date from our previous carrier, who didn’t want to move with us.
Meeting with her in person at the office, she walked me through all the options and explained the entire process in detail. It was a lot and overwhelming but she managed to take all the anxiety I had developed away.
She got us covered for all cars and setup with the right options. She handled all communications with our mortgage company and got everything squared away.
She demonstrated such a high level of professionalism with attention to detail which I have never experienced before in my 50+ years on this earth.
