“I have been with State Farm , since 1970s, for auto and home, and recently added Umbrella policy. Ryan has been my agent for the last 8 years, because my first agent retired, and recommended Ryan.Recently my auto policy and to some extent my Umbrella policy have gone up in premium, post Covid. I am sure most clients have experienced this.I went to see Ryan today ( April 11, 2023) , because I was a bit frustrated because my auto policy jumped $100 plus in 6 months premium. Although, I was trying to demand , a notification of some sort before premiums jumped like this , and even thought of changing my agent, even if I stayed with State Farm.I found Ryan to be professional, and listened patiently to my gripes, and explained the background of such increases.
