Hi,
I was not going to leave a review, because I believe everybody deserves second chances, even thought they ruined my hair. I hate complaining about a service but it was not fair what they did to my hair. However, after talking to the owner HOLLY about one of her hairstylist did to my hair. Holly’s attitude, unprofessional and horrible customer service, left me with no words. Even thought I was really polite since I started talking to her.
Unfortunately, my hair was severely damaged during the process to the point where parts of it were burnt, I came in for a specific color (balayage) but the results were nothing like what I asked for. Not only was the color completely off, but my highlights were so poorly done that they’ve started to tear and break my hair while I brush it. This has caused me a lot of stress. While I appreciate that the salon gave back half of what I paid, because I had to beg for it, not fair what they’ve done to my hair.
I believe this level of damage should never happen in the first place at a professional salon, emotional damage isn’t something money can fix anyways.
I’m sharing this review not out of malice, but so others can make an informed decision especially if you’re considering chemical treatments. I hope the salon takes steps to ensure better safety and training in the future. FIRST PICTURE IS THE BEFORE, second picture THE AFTER. No difference at all, only the damage, and orange color.

You cannot go wrong with going to either Katlynn or Joanna for a cut! I go to both of them (pending schedules) and have always been so pleased! They are experts in their craft. Really tempted to color my hair soon but haven’t gone that route yet but I’ve seen their work and it’s admirable. So glad I found this salon when moving to Antioch!

I am in love with this salon! As soon as you walk in, you feel relaxed. It smells so good and the atmosphere is friendly and cozy. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming! I get facials done by Sahra and they're wonderful! Relaxing and she does a great job! I also had my (very long) hair cut by Gia who made my hair look fresh and beautiful!

Been going here for years. They do the best blonde around. Salon is clean...everyone's friendly and even decent parking. Prices are in line with everyone else.

I enjoy coming here for a quick trim/blowout and bringing my daughter here. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Had a facial here as well and it was a very pleasant experience. They stick to appointment times, so appointments are a must here. Refreshments are offered, atmosphere is inviting.

Went there for the first time for a wax with Sahra and she was so nice and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and so I was at ease through the entire session.

Highly recommend the Dermaplaning service offered by Sahra!! It is super relaxing and completely painless, my skin felt amazing and so smooth after. Sahra is very attentive and so sweet! Will definitely be going again! ?

Loved this place and the owner Holly until I was inexplicably ghosted. I have an idea this was over politics, so be sure to keep all opinions offline if you plan to patronize this salon.
