Food there is really expensive. I paid $10 for a small fry and when I was asked if I wanted any condiments on top of it it turned it into $20. The fries from the stand weren't very good and the pizza was just okay from the pizza seller. It was like a 3-in-1 shop. I don't know how the other food was because I didn't want to spend more money after I spent that much. When I went, I wanted to go see the monster trucks, the grandstands were so full that they had to start turning people away and there was still a lot of people that wanted to get in. They had a few rides. I didn't get on any of them. They were all right by the looks of them. It's mostly food vendors and vendors inside selling an advertising their companies. They had a magic show which was fun. They had lumberjack competition which was interesting and they have a kids show where the kids get to participate. They had a bunch of farm animals but they were pretty tired out by the time I got there.
I think I expected more with how big of a deal they make it sound like every year. Next time you go, bring your own water and shoot for the free parking and make sure you eat dinner beforehand.

A great fair ( $15 entry ) with many free events like pro bull riders , rodeo , pig race , dog stunt show , k9 demo , lumberjack show , magic show , kids game show and loads of free gifts . I loved it and its super close to my house.
