I was disappointed with the no-chip manicure I received at Nail Pro. The technician was rough, pulling at my cuticles painfully. They were also very rushed, missing areas on every nail and leaving jagged edges I needed to file.

Came here because of the great reviews but honestly disappointed. My no chip manicure felt rushed. My nails have many air bubbles and a fuzz in them.

The owners are the sweetest couple and have so much experience! They’re very accommodating and always make sure the color/nail shape/water temperature is exactly right for me. There’s no where else I’d want to go to get my nails done!

I'm really sad about this place! I had been going here for a few years now. Tom and his wife had been very nice to my kids and did a decent job.
My last appointment Tom was short and did not listen to what I wanted done. That is actauy pretty typical of him, to do what he thinks is best but not communicate it before hand. This was never a big deal, as my kids were happy, so I just let it be. Happy kids mean happy and less stressed mom. I always just went with it.
This time, he shaped my nails wrong as he was in a huge rush (took him 15 minutes to do my nails when a typically it takes about 55 to 60 minites), as has been this way the last few appointments. I asked him to fix them and he said come back I have another appointment. That's not good buisness practice, but fine. No big deal. It's hard to do with kids, but I made it work.
A few days later I walked in to schedule an appointment, as we were next door at the eye doctor. He said I'll do it now. We'll most of my nails 6 days later, at this point, we're lifting.
Normally nails last for 6 weeks... not 6 days. This speaks to his rushing. One nail had cracked and fell off. He said sit down and I fix. So he redid the one nail with the wrong color. He jiay a pearl shimmer to try to match it. I asked him to change it, to jusy make aure the colir underneath matches. He was not happy. He did it again with the wrong color. When I asked him to fit it he said I'm not happy with you, go somewhere else.
I'm pretty upset and hurt. As a longer time client his business practices have been out of sorts.
All he had to do was do nails correctly. I let a lot slide with him. It was never a big deal.
I guess wanting the same color is too much to ask.
I would not recommend this nail place at this point and now regret telling friends about this place.
Now I have to get my nails completly redone and spend double the money somewhere else because he could not fix with the correct color.

Ridiculous. I came in to get a full set because I had read the reviews and had very high hopes… Awful, I genuinely don’t know what possessed these people to write such good reviews, my experience was horrible. The owner, a man, was absolutely one of the rudest people I’ve met. They did a horrible job on my nails which fell off after only 5 DAYS!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? Other than rude staff and terrible service, they don’t even seem to bother to clean the place, it was dirty.

Horrible service. Horrible place. The place is disgusting to say the least and the owners attitude matches. My nails turned out horrible. Doesn't know how to do nails, lazy job!!!! They also close whenever they feel like it, not a way to run your business, it's a no for me! 100% would not go back and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

I came here for the first time today in looking for a new nail place, and I was nothing less of impressed. The staff is extremely friendly, and my pedicure was absolutely fantastic. They actually take the time to give your feet attention. It was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a very long time. I highly recommend the spa pedicure. I left feeling like a new person, and have definitely found my new go to place.

Always fabulous! I come in with my Pinterest board and tell them what I want and they make it happen. I always tell them to freestyle as well and they get the job done. I would recommend to anyone.

Ive gone there a few times for my nails. Each time i go i get acrylics. I called today (April 20th) to see if i can get squeezed in for a quick fill. The owner said yes. Once i pulled in the owner told me he was leaving for the day and said they were closed when their business hours were until 6pm. I will NOT be returning there. You lost a good customer.

I went to NailPro recently as a first timer. I had really high hopes because of the great reviews this place has. I wanted a full set of acrylic nails. They were able to get me scheduled for a same day appointment, which I appreciated. When I arrived, I picked my color and waited. When it was my turn, I said that I wanted regular polish with square shaped nails. I was asked why I didn’t want gel and told that a different shape would be better, I declined and politely said no thank you. When the tips were glued, I could almost tell that they weren’t properly glued, and my suspicion was confirmed when the man doing my nails went to file later on and one popped off. He just re-applied glue to the top of the nail and not underneath. I remember thinking “Well this set isn’t going to last two weeks.” Then he finished, I washed my hands and a woman was ready to paint my nails. The polish was so sticky and old, it had a line from the end of the brush to the bottle when she pulled it out. I let my nails dry and then left. When I got to my car, I realized their was hardened acrylic and glue ALL OVER MY FINGERS OUTSIDE OF THE NAIL. I had to go home and use a nail tool to get it off my skin. Within 3 days, my nails started lifting and chipping. Now, here we are a week later, and I have 3 nails that have popped off and have an appointment elsewhere to get a new set. The nails that are left are all loose. I’m not sure if the glue was old or what, I’ve never seen anything like this and I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years. Mind you, I believe I was charged $45 for this set. I understand other people may have had wonderful experiences here, I just wanted to share mine.

First time here, met Tom and he was very bubbly. I have always gotten gel polish but this time he convinced me to try powder. Absolutely love my nails!! I would recommend Tom to anyone! Powder is my new go to! Thanks Tom!!
