Called this morning, was told their were only 2 patients ahead of me. We waited 3 and a half hours with our cat getting worse the entire time.Doc never introduced herself, claimed I was wrong about the cats skin tone being different than normal and spent maybe 1 minute looking her over. Said it was neurological and then they had to do an estimate. They gave us a verbal estimate of $1250 and repeatedly kept talking about money. I finally told them unless its over $7000, I dont care. Well they did and continued talking about the actual paper estimate they needed signed while we were waiting for before they would look at my cat.Wouldnt even prep a blood draw.Tried to explain what an xray is to me.....While waiting for the paper estimate and to pay, I got my regular vet on the phone. They said they could squeeze her in at 2. We arrived before 1:30 and by 2 they had her already examined and getting her blood drawn and xrays, all WITHOUT demanding $1250 BEFORE looking at her.Got to my regular vet who actually EXAMINED her and said he was pretty sure it was an inner ear infection. Blood test showed an infection. With blood tests, xrays, TREATMENT and actual medications sent home with us, AND the $205 we did pay at Premier for a 60 second exam, it was still LESS than the $1250 Premier wanted us to pay without even a decent exam.If you have an emergency, or actually just like your animals and expect them and yourself to be treated decently, particularly while be asked to give them $1250 to START looking at your animal, go somewhere else.

The absolute worst vet office I have ever gone to in the midst of a pet's medical emergency. They looked at my pet for less than a minute, told me I didn't know my own pet's health, and then tried to extort me over $1000 and wouldn't even do a blood draw without payment, literally laying down the card reader next to my dying pet. Ultimately they charged me $205 just for sitting in their waiting room for 3 hours.

I came in a couple months back with my VERY sick Chinese Cave Gecko and had a really good experience at Premier Vet Group. I have a really hard time finding vets that will take in reptiles, especially one as uncommon as this species. The outlook was not great and I went in knowing this fact, and they were honest and communicated that fact but still did their absolute best. I did end up taking him home after one overnight care session because I didn’t have the funds to continue, but the help they gave my cave gecko helped him to try his best for survival with me. I have very limited veterinary knowledge but I did what I could and now, two-three months later, my gecko is doing pretty good! So I definitely will be back for any other issues I have with him or my other reptiles.

I brought my dog here on December 24th after experiencing a seizure that would not stop. 5 stars for the quick response when we got there to come grab my dog and get him stabilized. The loss of 1 star is due to lack of communication and not being very forthcoming over the phone. Also the fact that money money money is the first thing that comes up before moving forward with care. And the cost of stuff is outrageous. Unfortunately I don't have pet insurance because my dogs condition is preexisting. Anywho I want to say thank you to the staff that came off as compassionate and took care of my boy while he was there. He's back to walking and jumping up on the bed by me and even tried playing ball again today. Every day I begin to lose hope that the boy I once had would return but then here he is putting my mind at ease by becoming more and more like himself again. He is still alive thanks to this hospital and its staff.

We went in on Christmas Eve with our very sick golden retriever puppy. We met with Dr. Jacquie Cobb, who was very thorough and compassionate. When we found out we had to put our puppy down, Dr. Cobb explained everything to us and reassured us that this was the best decision. We wish we could use her as our regular vets. Premier Veterinary Group is very lucky to have her!

Called there today, told them my kitten was very sick. But it's all about the cash. I tried to explain I was over 70 years old lived on a fixed income and I only had a couple hundred in the bank, she said it was that much to walk in the door so if that's all I had there was nothing they could do.. I asked if there was something I could do in the meantime till I could get him into the vet in the morning,,, she said she couldn't tell me anything besides the cat had to come in today. At that point I was crying and said I should just set back and watch him die... she said sorry about that... I understand that bills have to be paid and I'm sure they have been stiffed many times, but really no compassion. I just pray my cat doesn't die before tomorrow morning.

This place saved my kittens life. I brought her in after she was mauled by a dog. The staff was very sweet and compassionate. They pulled off a miracle I didn't think was possible and they saved her life. I have my baby back home and in my arms. Highly recommend this place. Zha Zha Gapurr and I are forever grateful.

I am so thankful for Dr. Holub, he helped my little angry chihuahua when he got bit by a possum. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and attentive in making sure Peanut made a quick recovery. The tech was also very impressive and kind, she was able to win over Peanut with expertise. Thank you to the entire wonderful team!

The doctors and staff were always supportive; the care and love provided to our family was exceptional. No matter how busy they get they always give their best. After a year of managing Harley's heart disease we had to let him go and they support and service was very compassionate.

I have had nothing but a good experience with this veterinarian group. They've always been very kind and caring. I've been to them three times with my dog. I've called them twice and they've given me advice over the phone. I don't know how anyone could give them a less than five star review. They been wonderful to me and my dog.

We came here around 2AM the other day with our Frenchie because she was vomiting and acting strange. We saw Dr. Stephanie and she was AMAZING. She diagnosed our dog immediately and was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. You can tell she really truly cares about animals and loves what she does. Will definitely be coming back to this location if we ever need to again in the future.

We rushed our dog here last week after he collapsed at home. We called in advance to let them know what happened. When my husband arrived with our dog, he went in and told them we thought he was gone, but the whole team came out to check on him in the car, and then brought him inside. Unfortunately he was gone before he arrived, but the team was so kind and helpful and walked my husband though everything. They gave us some coloring books to help our young kids though the loss of their pet. When we picked up his ashes less than a week later, they again were so kind. Thank you for being apart of such a hard time for our family.

I took my dog in on Thursday for a possible UTI after noticing she had blood in her urine. I brought the specimen in with me, that I was able to collect from home. My vet office was closed unfortunately, so I had to bring her here. After they took her back to triage her and check the urine I was told that although she had blood in the urine, she did not have an infection. I then had to ask, can we do a culture? what else could it be? The Doctor said cultures sample would need to be sterile which would consist of sedating my pet to collect the urine through a needle in her abdomen she also mentioned a possible stone, which could be ruled out with an X-ray. We did the X-ray hoping for an answer, but this was negative. Sedating my dog for a sterile culture seemed too invasive when her regular vet usually is willing to send out the urine collected in a cup. We were then told to go home and just monitor. That she could have possibly passed a stone and would be expected to bleed the next few days. The next morning, we get a text from a different doctor saying the X-ray was reviewed and they recommended an ultrasound or culture. I called them to clarify the difference in recommendations (mainly since the ultrasound was not recommended the day we were there). The doctor that sent the text was different from who we saw Thursday. We discussed the ultrasound and culture, which she then stated that sedation would NOT be required to obtain the culture. And she said that I can come back and that she can do it for us. No I did not go back, by this point, my vet was now open. And they called me to follow up after seeing the ER records. They asked me to drop off a urine specimen since my dog still had blood in the urine, and guess what....rods (bacteria) found in the urine. That urine sample was sent out for a culture which also showed a high amount of bacteria. My pet has been on antibiotics since Saturday thanks to our vet, but went Thursday and Friday suffering from urgency and blood in urine, because they said she did not have an infection.Needless to say, I will not be taking my 4legged family member there again. It was a waste of time and money and I'm completely disappointed that nothing was done to make my pet feel better. The staff was nice, but they did not fix our issue.Attached is an image of her urine that is dark due to the blood, and cloudy which is also not a normal specimen

Our 11 year old dog had an unfortunate mishap when his leg broke while walking, unable to get into our regular vet for over 24 hours, we went to Premier Veterinary Hospital and while the outcome was not what we had hoped for, it was handled with complete compassion and care. Our fur baby was treated gently and we were treated with respect and care. Prior to taking x-rays we were given a detailed list of the expenses and felt no pressure to make any specific decision, but instead they gave us all of our options and then time to process the information. Dr. Resnik and all of the staff were gentle, courteous and capable. I highly recommend this hospital.
