The woman that I see in there during the week is a horrible person, extremely rude. Don’t go to this place unless you want to be refused service because she’s trying to upsell you on things constantly, and acting like a freak. I’ve been here before and I’m pretty sure she must be on drugs or something to act the way she does. It’s creepy and makes me uncomfortable.

Worst service ever , and I believe they are racist too. Never visit them after 8pm , you won’t see any one on the counter and some one is inside will not even answer you. Today it’s 5th time . I been waiting and calling no one bothers.

Open 24 hours? Completely unreliable during the morning rush. For some reason fuel pumps are never operating in the early morning hours 6am.

They always have the highest fuel prices in the area. The car wash is a joke, 16$ for foam and water ? You can get hand washed service 5 minutes away on Rt45. for 20$ The guy in the register is rude and takes him forever to operate the register. With his attitude he doesn't belong to work with people !!! I wish I could give a zero stars !

The staff is very unhelpful every time I try to use my Shell rewards unable to redeem there other store no issue they aren't trained or just don't care either way very bad people to represent brand.

Horrible customer service when friend took car through carwash, it's seen when the brush tore off the front bumper. It even shows it breaking of the following car's mirror yet the station refuses to claim fault saying they don't assume the responsibility or cost of repair.
