My husband and I are 22&23 and first-time homebuyers, so we know absolutely nothing about buying a home and we felt so overwhelmed at first. Then a coworker of mine told me about Bryan so we went to meet him. He was so amazing, he took us through the entire process of buying a house and made sure we understood every step of the way. Buying a house is a long process but he made sure to let us know that we're not alone and he is here to help and guide us the whole way through. We are so excited to start this journey with him!

This is the 2nd home Bryan has helped me with financing and it was magnificent. Whenever there was a problem or issue with the loan process, he was able to solve the problem with his incredible wealth of knowledge about loan guidelines. I lived 250 miles away and the new tool he's using for uploading docs was as easy as taking a picture and submitting it - all on my phone. I went through a divorce and name change during the loan process and he took care of all the paperwork needed as well as communicating the change with the realtor and the title company so I didn't have to do anything. We were able to close three weeks early and I am very grateful to Bryan for helping me get the home of my dreams.
