If I could give 0 stars, I would. They sell expired COVID tests. The pharmacist has an attitude because she barely speaks English and cannot understand anyone. That is nobody's problem but hers. Manager wants to tell me how I was rude to her because I had to repeat myself. Never coming back. GET better employees.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Went 3 times today each time told to "come back it will be ready in 15 min. The 3rd time at 5pm they said (after yet another 30 minute wait) they called me up and said they ran out of my medication completely and did not know when it would be back in stock. It was due yesterday. Their suggestion was that I call my doctor (which is now closed, of course) and have them switch the prescription to somewhere else. Absolutely despicable.

Quick checkout via pharmacy and front checkout. Very friendly, helpful. Pharmacist called a few days later to see how new medication was working and to see if I had any questions. This location is pretty far out of my way but had my medication in stock and it was one of the best Walgreens pharmacy experiences I've had in a long time.

This store repeatedly told me when to come in to get my prescriptions, including the day of, infant stating I could get it in an hour. I showed up and the prescription was not filled as they were short and another couldn't be filled until the following day. Emily a unhappy employee from the start wouldn't listen to my questions and then refused to answer them. I then said "do you guys wonder why you only have 2 stars?" To which she just flat out walked away. They blamed it on a "national shortage". I called other pharmacies and not 1 was out of my prescriptions. They were rude, I was 100% lied to 3 times in 4 days and then dealt with someone that shouldn't be in any customer service role at all. This isn't the first time I've dealt with incompetence at this location, my personal favorite was the time I waited for over an hour.... BECAUSE THE MANAGER DIDNT SHOW UP TO UNLOCK THE STORE!!!Bottom line GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

When the website says "Free Flu & Covid shots" it's a lie. What they mean is "Covered by only specific insurance companies, otherwise you'll be charged out of pocket. But don't worry, they won't tell you that you aren't covered until AFTER you've been waiting for over a half hour for your shots. What a waste of time and false claims.

We had a prescription called in at 2:30 pm. Went to pick it up on the way home from work at 5:30. When we got there, they told us they couldn't fill the prescription because they were out of the meds. That's understandable but why wouldn't they call us to let us know that when they tried to fill the prescription?! They said we could call other Walgreen's stores to see if they had the medicine and could fill it. The prescription is in the system so we can transfer it to another store. I would think that would be the stores job! Very disappointed in this staff!

This pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy ever! On a typical day you have the pharmacist and 3 techs working in the back with one other person running the drive through and the counter. If there is a line, not a single person comes out to help. The pharmacist and the techs will literally stare at you and then continue talking without helping. They are awful. I hate this pharmacy.

My pharmacy experience was horrible the people behind the counter do not know what they're doing.

Horrific experience with the pharmacy here. My doctor ordered a 90 day prescription and Walgreens filled ONE DAY. Due to fact the medication must be taken daily at the same time each day I came back the same day as soon as I realized the error. Waited in the pharmacy drive through for 25 minutes and finally got to the window. Once at the window I provided the details for the prescription. Waited another 5 minutes then was told “we’re closing in 5 minutes and the power just went out, go to another Walgreens, good luck.” DISGUSTING treatment of a human being and also the fact they filled the prescription INCORRECTLY to begin with. Incompetent and terrible location. I will never visit this location again nor will I fill a script in a Walgreens ever again. I recommend switching to “Capsule”, which delivers your prescription to your door for no fee and at least you actually get the right medication and on time when you need it.

I thought 30 minute lunch breaks were mandatory but apparently not at this Walgreens. I was doing my daily shop here to pickup the largest can of oats money can buy, now normally I'd take them home, dump them in my bathtub full of STEAMIN' hot water and have myself a good soak in the mushy oatmeal, sometimes when I do this I pretend I'm drowning in quicksand to make it more exciting but I digress. These oatmeal soaks are my main source of income, as afterwards I sell jars of it like I'm Bella Delphine 2.0 but I'm capping on a more edible market ;). Today my whole livelihood was put at stake because when I went to check out the cashier couldn't even comprehend what was going on, I tried to point out to her where the barcode was and that she simply had to scan the item as I have been through self checkouts in other stores, so I am a bit of a professional in the department. Instead she looked confused and tried putting in on the scale and ringing it up as avocados!! I asked her how she could get the two items confused and she said that she'd been working there for the past 5 years and that this Walgreens had a particular policy where you're only allowed a 5 minute lunch break and the your lunch HAS to be keto! I told her that I understood as her brain function was so low she couldn't even ring up my items correctly, however she didn't hear me over her bones rattling together as she continued fiddling with my groceries with no success. I eventually gave in and was instead sold the avocados, I decided to do a guacamole soak instead and business has never been better for me! Even the cashier was able to purchase some for her very healthy keto diet! Thanks Walgreens!

Continuous lack of customer serviceRecommend going anywhere else. I have heard every excuse including from the store manager that they are too busy and doing the best they can which is probably why they're so rude on the phone when you finally get through to be put on hold again. When you arrive to get your medication you are told to drive around the building and get back in line...the balance of your order might be ready then. Three trips, several phone holds for one script not including gas!
