“Billy, Chris, and Lora were a great help! We were just passing through illinois and we needed a new alternator pulled in to napa and was able to change it right there in the parking lot it was extremely hot so they kept bring us water and gave us access to water for our dogs! If it wasn't for the friendliness and generous help from these people we would of been screwed!”

“The Damage Company is an auto body repair shop. So you are never particularly happy when you see them. They do an amazing job of mitigating that frustration. Both my wife and I left The Damage Company with a smile after I hit a deer. From the front staff to the floor staff the damage company has figured it out. Every employee interaction was with a smile and making sure we understood everything they were planning to do to our vehicle. They even helped understand our insurance when our agent failed to properly explain. Do not fear heading to The Damage Company.”
