The showers when I walked in to the eye looked okay at first then I got into the shower it was disgusting and hair everywhere and I was very unpleased with the experience. Come on u all u have and pay people to clean these showers. I paid almost 20 dollars for filth. I would hope if Human Resources or somone that comes in would notice how disgusting this is and if I catch a disease cause of ur nasty care. U can believe I will be pressing charges.

Overall, my experience at this love’s location has always been good. The place is clean and well maintained. However, there’s an older lady who works the night shift and she tends to be quite ignorant and careless at times. Other than that, everything else is great.

I'm fleet manager at Sam Auto Trans LLC.
We have been working with Loves Truck Care/Speedco, we appreciate our cooperation.
However, this particular shop doesn't comply with Loves Customer service rules.
We sent a unit # 104 to this shop FOUR days ago!
They can not even give us an ETA for completion.
Especially, mechanic Ryan is so rude and unprofessional. While talking, I felt as if he is being racist (because of my accent), threatening me to halt all the jobs and send my driver out of 'his' shop.
Do NOT recommend unless they comply with Customer Service rules.
.... adding few more notes:
They said truck was ready. After 3-4 hours, it happened again, there is oil leak from transmission AGAIN! We are looking for another shop now...

To worried about how us tired drivers park but allow drivers without proper documentation to park in handicap spots while making drivers who do have proper documentation to move. I literally heard an employee yelling at this specific driver as he tried to explain. Going to pas the word to our company to start using Pilot bc of the harassment of their employees.

Currently a OTR trucker trainer for the great company I drive for (DHT) and showing my trainees which spots are good to stop at and this is definitely one of them due to having something different to eat (Naf Naf) and always nice to be greeted with good souls too (Chase, Alex and Amanda). Highly recommend this Loves (#688)!

Pay $18 for a shower and have to scrape the poop of the toilet seat from the last person who used the shower. Makes me wonder how clean the rest is. How sad!!

I get its a dog park and obviously people didnt pick up after their pet, but i assumed they would still clean it up since its offered by Loves. It smelled so bad, trash piled up, dog feces EVERYWHERE. Its obviously not been cleaned up in a few days. No one wants to clean it up, that's fine, then dont offer it.

Visited this location 8/30/2025 the store’s coffee area was filthy. The girl working the diesel counter was very rude.

Only stopped here for the Naf Naf. Spent 5 minutes being ignored at Naf Naf and then walked out. It was 9:45am 8/17/25 if you want to review video or discipline the workers.
Had a shower and it was filthy so I'm kinda glad that I didn't eat here. If the showers are dirty on the visible side of the store, how dirty is it behind the scenes?? Gross.

Bash was the friendliest employee! Welcomed us, wished us safe travels and interacted with our kids. Restrooms were clean and overall loved the selection and pit stop
