“My check engine light came on and couldn't hardly keep the van running. Walked in and the guy grabbed the code reader and out we went. It said it was a misfire on cylinder 6. I thought it was the ignition coil like it had been 3 other times. The guy working was named Jacob and he said that I should start with the spark plug first so I did. They don't have hardly any tools to borrow because people have stolen them all, but they did have a socket set he let me use. I was able to get the ignition coil out of the way but I didn't have any deep set socket. He went to his truck and brought back his personal deep socket set and he got the old plug out and put the new one in. I started the van and that was it, ran great. Put everything back together and he had already went inside. I didn't want to leave without telling him thank you and shaking his hand. Hardly any younger people even GO to work anymore and if they do they don't care about anything except for going home. So I wanted to let him know that I appreciated it and how he actually seemed to care about his job.”
