Before today, i would’ve recommended this shop. But within the last week i got my Jeep back from getting an overheating problem supposedly fixed, turns out they put a brand new water pump on an engine with a blown head. And now I’m working on a Buick Lacrosse that they replaced the brakes on and it has a locked up caliper. Will never trust this shop again. This is completely unprofessional. I just spent $400 on a water pump and i now have to replace the whole motor for $1,350, as a professional shop, they should have informed me of the cracked head before moving forward with any kind of work.

Got my thermostat changed since my car was having issues with it, left the shop with no coolant and nothing but air throughout the entire coolant system to the point to potentially blowing a head gasket and destroying my engine.

Phenomenal! Called them in a pinch when I got locked out of my car on a cold winter day due to a dead battery in my remote key. Within a half hour the car was unlocked (with no damage), my key battery swapped out, and I have my car back! They were friendly and it only cost me $50 where all out of town companies were going to be $100+. Turned a stressful situation into a breeze. Will use them for all future needs!

Excellent people. Friendly and professional. I broke down on the interstate, traveling from Wisconsin to Tennessee, and was towed there in the middle of the night. When they arrived in the morning, they got to me immediately even though they were obviously very busy with other work. I was repaired and out of there in an hr. I just can't say thank you enough. Good caring people still exist. Thank you, Friedman!!!

Didn't tighten a bolt on the back of our alternator and our vehicle started on fire with us in it and he won't reimburse us the 1,600 in damages from the fire he caused.

Got stranded on side of the highway and had my vehicle towed to friedmans. So glad I did. They did an excellent job with my repairs, prices were reasonable and overall experience was just fantastic. They got me on the road again in no time.
