“Main Street are very easy to work with. The units are very clean. My son broke one of my totes of clothes and didn't tell me. Thought for sure mice or bugs would have taken over. Nothing. My clothes where just fine as if they were in a totes all winter long.”

“Our experience was not initially 4 star but Krista turned our experience around and made it right. We called the call center and reserved a 5x10x8 at cubesmart; when we arrived we started moving in and while attempting to move our 48” shelving unit into the space we quickly realized that the 5ft unit we rented is NO where near 5ft wide!! We rented this size and expect to be provided with the amount of square footage we paid for.
Krista contacted corporate and the local store manager, Faith, and ended up moving us to another unit to meet our needs.
In the end it worked out for us and Krista was VERY helpful.
I would suggest that CUBESMART be open and honest about the ACCURATE sizes of their units, including measure to verify!
