So frustrating every time I call to try and request a delivery it takes over 30 minutes to 1hr. Customer service seems like its being conducted from a different country. Hard to understand and very frustrating

Ferrellgas will eventually replace AmeriGas. They cannot keep a driver for more than five weeks at the Plainfield location. Ferrellgas is also getting the Walmart account away from AmeriGas. All of their locations have many 1 star reviews with unhappy customers look for Ferrellgas

Don't waste your time. They are more expensive than Home Depot by almost $2.00 for a BBQ tank refill. They will only take credit cards and take the card out of your sight. They want all your information such as name and address. And they are rude. Today I got a crabby sigh look from the office person so I asked her if she was upset that I was there as a customer. The Office Manager peeked out from around her computer and then back to her computer. I left and will never be back there again.

Don't waste your time. It's $2.00 cheaper at Home Depot and even less expensive at WalMart for a BBQ tank. Very rude and unfriendly. Office person was annoyed when she saw me at the window and gave me that look so I asked her if she was annoyed that I was there as a customer. They only take credit cards and take your card out of sight because they don't have a credit card reader at the window. They want your name and address to generate a computer printed receipt. I left without a tank refill and will never go back.

Run down exterior. Does not appear to be open even though website indicates it is.
