My appointment was canceled the day of my appt (the hygienist was sick). Totally understandable. They rescheduled me for a few days later with a different hygentist (someone canceled so I was able to get in quickly). Great. Now, I had already taken the time off work for the first appointment. Now I have to take time off again. No problem. But then, today, I get a voicemail reminding of my appointment (great...no problem) and then threatening that if I can't make it and don't cancel with 24 hour notice, I can be charged for the visit. Are you kidding me? Are you going to reimburse me for the time I've taken off due to your cancellation? Seriously. I'm okay with the policy but maybe don't threaten the very people you cancelled on with no notice.

Dr Chung is excellent. The office staff and hygienist are also very good. Kudos to Dana when helps with insurance.

I had to reschedule my appointment due to some issues. The next time they said to squeeze me in would be 7 months from now. That is ridiculous I would have to wait that long. The lady on the phone was not willing to try to find some way to get me in sometime sooner. I wouldn't have mind if I had to wait 1 ot 2 months but unfortunately that didn't happen.

I love coming to this office. As someone who works in the dental field this office is warm & welcoming. Maribel has been my hygienist every time I’ve been here. She is kind, thorough & amazing at what she does. Dr. Zach always addresses my concerns & is very nice (which I feel like is rare with most Doctors these days) couldn’t recommend this practice enough!

Wonderful place. I came with both of my toddlers and the way they were treated was fantastic. Very caring and friendly. Both kids enjoyed the experience and for that to come from toddlers about dentist visit, speaks volumes about the place. Highly recommend.

Business has been losing their heart over the years they do not care about the client good luck keeping your appointment if you have car trouble. The receptionist messed up our appointment and did not apologize we had to cancel and no one was apologetic everyone was rude all they care about is money. how sad I will no longer go here

Excellent and friendly staff. I came on a wrong date of my appt. This happened today. Rather than just turning me away they were actually ok with taking my appt. Right there and then!I didnt realize in how much a rush I was in to have 4 teeth yank'd outta my skull.!!

Friendly and professional atmosphere. Dr. Gill was super knowledgeable and easy going. It was probably the best dentist I’ve seen. I had work done, and didn’t feel a thing. Would highly recommend.

I can't possibly say enough good about this practice. Today was the second time they squeezed me in last minute. My regular dentist is Dr. Chung, but I've seen 3 or 4 different doctors in total over the course of the 10 or so years I've been going here and I always leave feeling impressed and comforted. Whether it's for a simple cleaning or a procedure of sorts, this is the absolute BEST group of dental professionals out there. Dr. Zach Edsey is who I saw today and he was as thorough as they come -- even with a last minute appointment. I've never once felt like they're rushing me out of the chair. I actually mentioned today that this dental practice makes me look forward to my 6 month cleanings. And the front end staff is incredibly helpful, kind, caring and warm. Heather always remembers my name and if she sees me always greets me with a "Hey Justin!" This place is the best. I've referred at least two friends here and I constantly tell people how much I love my dentist's office. Funny thing is that my childhood dentist scared me enough that I had a stint in my late teens/early adult years where I didn't go for years. And yes, my dental health suffered because of it. Had I found these guys sooner, I'd be in a different situation because they really make you feel at home. At any rate, keep up the great work!
