They just tried to sell me used shoes you can see the coffee and grass stains when i showed them some short skinny employee i can buy them or get out try to get aggressive in front if my four year old daughter . bottom line is shoes are used employees a trash and i bet owner does nothing.

Jordan 4’s are uncomfortable. But once you wear them they feel great. You can take out the insults if needed. But overall the store was great shoes. New and old! They have a lot of air max’s and different types of Jordan’s and Air Forces. And great service. And they let you try them on.

I guess they must not love money, sales person told us that we would have to buy another pair of shoes for the shoes that we want. We already were taking two pairs. So I took my money somewhere.

Had a great initial experience, employee helped us find a good feeling display shoe and had the correct size shipped over to the gurnee location (although that did add to the cost...) but wasn't told about the display feeling different than the new shoe + it wasn't made clear that you can't exchange a shoe if you've worn it already... We tried the new shoes in-store and were told that that voided the exchange. 90 dollars spent on painfully too-small shoes barely worn and nothing that can be done! Definitely not recommended unless you take into account all of these things (display shoes are worn in!)

I will never buy from Athlete's Foot again. We asked for a 10% discount on a pair of Air Jordan's. The manager said no, which is fine, I'm not owed a discount.Immediately after leaving we found the same shoes 10% less expensively around the corner. I went back to return them and was told that they don't accept returns, only exchanges.For $15 they earned a bad review and the assurance none of us will buy from them again.

Personally, I would never buy anything from this shoe store again. in order to get the shoe, you actually want you have to buy a pair that's on sale. the staff was cool, but they look out for their homies instead of customers. Back dooring shoes and lying to customers saying it was reservation only just to see their buddy's go to the back and come out with Mutiple pairs. Straight Wack.

Good selection but you have to buy other product (even if you can’t fit it) to get the pair. They are always on some sketchy business too. Would not recommend shopping here

This kid tall black kid treated me very badly and after $750 and 2.5 hour drive all the way back home I go to give my wife her shoes and this dude did his job wrong. She has a 6w and a 8w in the shoe box.. I need this guy fired and I will be speaking to the owner to make sure of this.
