Had a great experience at this location. Upon entering the store, I was kindly greeted by Brenda, who was very nice and knowledgeable. Brenda also helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone and assisted me with setting up all my devices

Had extreme difficulty opening my locked out email. The manager and staff were wonderful, kind patient and caring.
At the same time I w introducrd to Direct, which will save me significat money as a senior. The staff who was also kond and patient was Chris Carter.
The store manager was Phallsen Thompson.
I highly recommended this store in Gurnee
