Horrible!!! I booked my rental a month in advance, on the day of pickup they say we don't have a vehicle available. Really?!!? So you just gave away my rental that I booked way ahead of time?

Poor customer service, no resolution to solve issue with Real ID driver's license not clearing scan during pick up of my rental reservation. I have rented before at another Avis location and at competitor rental locations without any issues with my driver's license clearing the scan.
