Gus is the most patient and genuine man ever. He was incredible with my little girls that were learning to spend their own money. This required lessons in math, budget, manners, and the jealousy of a younger sister with a fraction of the funds older sister had…. Gus made it positive and exciting and was absolutely the difference between leaving with happy kids or disappointed kids. I am so grateful.

I'm hoping this review gets to executive management at Bath & Body Works. I ordered several candles online for the end of year sale price. Days later I received an email stating many candles were not available and I will receive a refund. I appreciate that; however, now I've missed out on the great EOY sale. It would be nice if they offered replacement products or automatic substitutions as an option instead of the refund. I'm sure BBW wants the sale and being a VIP member, my contact information is available in their system. Will continue buying BBW candles - you haven't lost a customer. This would be a great upgrade for 2024!

A pretty good store for the most part, especially when they have sales. One thing I have learned is that when you check out & they bring up your account, they will not let you know if you have any free gifts or rewards to use. I checked my account when I got home & realized I had a free gift coming but it expired that day. Would have been nice if the girl that checked me out would have told me. I called their customer service who gave me 1,000 points towards another free gift since mine expired. It's like B&BW does not want you to use those points or free gifts that they "give" you.

Went to this location today. They are seriously understaffed. Normally you are attacked at the door by 5 or more employees. No one today. 2 at register .I got what I came in for and got in line and saddly had the most rude and arrogant girl wait on me. No hello, no did you find everything you wanted just a very sour look on her face. I asked her where Gus was as he is the nicest ever to help out . She shrugged her shoulders. Her body language spoke volumes and her attitude needs a serious attitude check. I called to report her to the manager and some lady answered and said his name is Mark and he stepped out. She took my name and nûmber no call back so far. Anne used to be the manager and she is fabulous and the store ran beautifully. They moved her to the Gurnee Mills store. I wish I had the name of the nastiness that checked me out but I have her ID number so hopefully cooperate will see this and put her in check. CASHIER 3595706. You know who you are. Customer service is not for you young lady

Went in there needing a gift and no idea what to get. A lady greeted me at the door and had great ideas. They even put it in a gift bag. A little expensive but the service was worth it.

If I hand you my ID or cash in your hand, I expect for it to be handed back to me in my hand..Do not place it on the counter because that is not where you got it from.
