This is the worst Bank I ever banked with. I been a client for like almost 7 years and I have been harassed. They look into my account and question me about who I get money from. I have never experienced this ever before. They questioned me about whatās I was getting paid for. Tell me who I can and canāt get a check from they even froze my account because they want to know where my money was coming from. I just never experienced it in my life ever. I experiences anything like this employees worry about how much money you have in your account, and then they always figure out a way to mess with your score credit. My credit score went down for missing a payment almost 100 points on a credit card .The reason why is they lockedMe out from paying the card on online. I have to call to pay my card in order to pay. I would not recommend them to anyone. Oh also I employee told another client that I was doing Bank fraud for because I wouldnāt tell her what my money came from or she was wondering why did I get a check from another company since when do bank employees choose tell customers personal business and lie about it. I have no control of my account that I put my own money in when they supposed to be confidential information for customer.They have locked my account over 5 times because they choose to . I have one out of town, not able to use my card after I deposit thousands of dollars cash to bank . I have spoken to someone numbers times and they still keep doing the same exact thing with my account and I donāt even use the banking account information anymore.

Lets see they cover ATM fees, online banking is easy, they take change. Never had a problem with customer service as they are very helpful.

On hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes now, trying to get the fraud dept to sort out an issue that I reported in February and have been in contact with them every month since, messaging and calling. $8k of my hard earned money, life or death savings as a graduate student, vanished and somehow they know nothing about it, can't keep their details straight, or even bother to listen to the reports I made on a recorded line. This time, when someone finally picked up, they had the audacity to tell me that since it has been over a year (due to them stalling and giving me the runaround for 9 months) they couldn't help me. They sent me back to member relations to talk with Lewis who can't put me in touch with anyone right now, can't seem to speak to a single issue in my file, but is very willing to condescend to me about this, and is supposedly going to forward me to the "leadership team in account protections" to address their manifest mistakes. Based on what he said about the notes he's reading, I doubt he's even looking at the correct account. At least I have them on a recorded line claiming they're going to reach out, so that I can use my digital records to prove that they never did, yet again.I am happy to share this experience with anyone considering using this credit union. Shoot me an email at sinenox at gmail, and I can show you my records of emails, messages on their app, and phone calls. Tens of hours sitting on hold listening to the same 15-second sample again and again is torture enough, but the gross implications of the recent customer service reps on these calls has left me with very little patience for this anymore. People should know what they're dealing with before they sign on with this credit union.

Why do all of the branches have the same 800 number? I am on Google Maps looking for a branch to call to ask about specific items at that branch. I need the number for that branch not the 800 number.In regards to the response from BCU.... That is not the point. It took me way to long to get to the branch. And no one picked up when the person at the 800 number tried to connect me. If I google map Taco Bell I want the number for the one near me not corporate.

This bank is a total complete fraud I have been receiving direct deposit for over 3 months now last month I went into this branch location 2 within 30 days first time I tried to deposit a county check teller had me sign it then says let me go speak with my manager then comes back and said oh Iām sorry we canāt cash this check I couldnāt get it cashed because it was already signed so I had to wait a week for a new check to be issued now today I went into this same branch deposited a government issued check the lady said 750 would be made available today and the remaining on Tuesday why am I school shopping and my card declines in my app itās reflecting 2 different availability amounts but I have spoken to two separate reps who says the system is reflecting two different amounts this bank is definitely abusing there āotherā customers because why are you giving me a receipt that says one thing then after I put my check into the account you are placing my money on a hold without even telling me when I could have just took it to Walmart cashed it and been done with the whole thing so I just spent 3 hours in a store shopping just to get embarrassed cause my card is declined this is the 3rd time I have had a issue with depositing a check in my account and you canāt even speak to anyone until Monday or I will have to go into the branch tomorrow this is not a credit union I have never had any issues with check cashing or fraud on my account any account until I have switch to this bank Iām definitely closing this account I donāt want to do any business with people like this

The staff here is always very helpful and knowledgeable! The space is clean and I know Iām always in good hands when I come to them for my financial questions or concerns. They handle all my financing as their rates are the best!
