Well, I went in about three weeks ago on a Monday afternoon to buy a TV. I had a general idea of what I wanted but had a couple of questions. They had stacks of TV boxes everywhere in the department but I spent literally 20 minutes walking around the TV area without seeing a salesperson anywhere in the area. It's not like any salesperson was busy helping someone else already, there was literally no salesperson to be seen as far as my eyes could see, even beyond the TV area, so I went down the block and bought the TV at Target.

I called the store and got to speak to someone in the call center who could answer any of my questions regarding my laptop issue and could not make an appointment for me with.the geek squad.

Good and fast service although there are times when they run out of cell phones but I think that usually happens these years, they speak Spanish too and are very friendly

We’ve had great experiences twice at this location.Once when we bought a TV last year, the young kid there was very smart knowing their products. He recommended the right TV for is and we can’t be any happier honestly, a year later.Second time buying an Iphone and having them transfer all the data to the new phone, Lance was great to deal with after coming from a bad experience at the Verizon store down the street.Lance took the time to make sure we are well taken care of

The actual store employees are great, but, once you buy the product, you can't call the store, THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR CALL CENTER to foreign countries. They can't help you and only make the situation worse. SHAME ON BEST BUY! I won't shop there again.

I might give them 2 stars if they actually had some customer service but instead everything routes to the call center and they refuse to connect you to the store. Not happy with the service. I will most likely have someone come pick up all of the products I had installed so that I can return them and use a company that has actual customer service. Instead the stores poor performance hides behind a call center in another country and they refuse to assist.

I had been LOCKED OUT of my desktop computer after I allowed BitDefender to update itself not realizing that it would restart at the Windows SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR sign-in. I had never set up a username/passcode for the SYS ADMIN sign-in ad so I could not get past the gate dragon to the OS to make any changes. I disconnected al the peripherals and drove over the Best Buy Geek Squad for help. Salvador Gonzales - SAL G met me and quickly plugged my small tower in and accessed the Boot and startup for Windows 10. He saw my problem an got his RESCUE boot CD-ROM disc with special tools. Once he was booted up he managed to find and delete the "old" password code for the SYS ADMIN account and inserted a new password I chose. It worked like gang busters. Best of all he didn't charge me single dime for the entire session and fix. I rate this location and Geek Squad team as A+, especially Sal G. gets top marks for humanitarian of the day.

I called to see if they had a charger for my computer. First of all you don't actually get the store you get a call center and they have nothing in stock. Everything is ordered even though I'm looking online and it says it has the product will never go back. No wonder why they are closing left and right

This is the only best buy I'll shop at, the employees are always polite and it feels genuine. They are very helpful. If you're looking for something they don't have in store or online, they will take the time to try helping you find the item elsewhere. If you want to feel appreciated as a consumer, just come here.

I was speaking with a Best Buy representative named Suzie through the store's online chat about putting an item on hold, and they asked for a name, email, and phone number, which I provided. They then asked if I wanted to purchase the item online through a link but I said I would rather do so in-store, and before I ended the conversation they said "rest assured" that the item would be reserved for me to pick up. After a few hours I drove quite a distance to the store the representative specified and according to customer service it was never put on hold. I asked for a manager, and a staff member named Aisia said in a sarcastic tone that "he'll pretend to be the manager" and did not bother to help me with my problem, only told me that the item was not available anywhere else. There were 10 to 15 other staff members in the store at the time with no customers occupying their time and yet none of them bothered to help me look for the product or resolve the issue. I left the store with such disappointment that I would never ever recommend Best Buy even to my worst enemy.
