They will hang up on you if you attempt to call.
Stock is limited. Usually pretty clean.
Build-a-Bear customer service is HORRID. Just a heads up in case you are double charged on an item and need to be refunded.

Bryana was absolutely amazing, she was very busy and also doing shipment and she still went out of her way to get the out of stock bear we wanted out from the back because she knew we were heading back to Michigan and wanted us to leave happy. She didn't have to dig through all the boxes to get the beat we wanted but she. Very nice awesome customer service

First and last visit, went with my daughter and her cousin for their birthday month and they ran out of the accessories for the 25$ birthday bear bundle. Refused to substitute the item, refused to give me the deal without it, refused to take the accessory off the display, her answer was they couldn’t do anything. Overall disappointed with the experience.

I am a shareholder have 3 shares of bbw but when the male filled my cyclops bear he did a very horrible job and frankly was just “ick” during the whole process, didn’t care to engage with customer while stuffing. Did a very poor job stuffing new friend. Ruined the experience altogether

Excellent experience manager was all alone remained pleasant and professional at all times. She made the experience good for all dealing with questions, making several bears, helping all kids get to know their new bears. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

The staff there was friendly and great with my kids and gave directions since i hadn't been there in over 20 years. It was sunday after the 4th of july and busy enough but they didn't seemed rushed or over whelmed! Place was clean, well stocked and organized! Great experience we will be back

I took my niece. Went to the store all the employees were very nice, helpful and excited to help out!
My niece got a nice bear for her birthday and a shirt and it was only $9 with the birthday promotion. It’s was a great experience and I cherished it. 10/10 Gurnee Build a Bear.

My family went at 11:45 am on Sunday, Feb 25, 2024. The store was not open. They didn't answer the phone all day either. I called at 3:45 pm in case they opened for the afternoon, no answer the 3 times I called. Very disappointed.

The Gurnee Mills location in Gurnee Illinois is fantastic. We were in there during my granddaughters there and just so you know that if you go in on the month that your child was born and you pay for your Build-A-Bear, the price of your child’s age. Which was fantastic because my granddaughter turned one, so my beer cost a dollar. The outfit for the bear well that cost 30 bucks. But it was a lot of.
