Always very good buns, staff could use some management. Very rude and 6 people just standing around. Shouldn’t have to wait so long with so many staff members not doing anything.

I went in to pick up a six pack and was informed they had no more. I was willing to take six of the ones hot and ready to go and was told I could not buy those. I’m sorry what? I had settled for the 4 pack she offered and get 2 more. I had intentions of getting the six pack was rung up to find out breaking up the six pack as she was selling was an additional $15 more. I asked since they were not able to sell me the six hot and ready ones behind the glass could I get the 6 pack price. She informed me no she could not do that, I asked to speak with a manager and was informed he was out getting stuff. Who denies ppl buying the hot and ready ones? My only rationale was that it’s not that they couldn’t but that they wouldn’t because of the price difference. Her reasoning behind me not getting the hot ones was that they would get soggy because they would not be let to cool. What do you care if I eat soggy Cinnabons? Major buzz kill ?

Ordered one Cinnabon center. And the person who was working today, she charged us for two. We asked for a refund or someone who can authorize it and she said no. We won't do business here since we got charged doubled than what we asked for. Such a disappointment.

You can stand there for 20 mins and have no one show up to help you. By the time someone finally shows up to help you, the rolls are cold and hard anyways. Not worth the wait for someone to appear to serve you.

Hot delicious huge Cinnabon rolls!! Today we stopped by and enjoyed freshly baked Cinnabon's with raspberry lemonade. The store looks really nice and clean plus freshly remolded.All of the employees were very nice and friendly. Glad we stopped by!

Awful customer service. I go there 3 times to get what I want. First time they didn’t gave me my classic pecan caramel roll. Second time I got my classic size roll. But that was not caramel pecan. Then I went back third time to say that they gave me wrong. Worker’s started to complain and she say you said wrong. When I said that you added receipt caramel pecan. She said game me rudely. She added caramel and pecan. I also said I will give you 1 star. she said what do you saying with loud voice tone. Cinnamon always my favorite place to go. But not this one.

There this evening the rolls that were boxed were only and dried out. I asked when they were made the the person said this morning, I asked if I could get fresh ones in the box he said no that the old one were for the packed rolls. I have purchased from Cinnabon in Vernon Hills and they always gave the fresh product. I would not get rolls there. the worker was rude and did not care about the customer the placed looked dirty. The day old rolls are not worth $5.19.

Nice staff. Who doesn't love a cinnabon? Perfect comfort food. Smells and taste amazing!
