The were rude, I had been waiting 1 hour, and then they the solution tha offered was cut my service. I would not recommend visit this store thank god. I don't have contract with them any more.

I had to wait for 45 minutes to return a small tv adapter box. You walk in and give your name and what you're there for and they say have a seat and they'll call you. I was waiting behind customers that were getting new phones and switching to Xfinity....etc. They had no return equipment area!! When they finally called my name it literally took them 30 seconds to scan the label and hand me my receipt. They should have a separate desk with an employee scanning in returns. I counted a minimum of 8 working employees. Customers were complaining. Poor customer service!!

There are two employees in this store that have no customer service skills.I saw how rude they were yelling and cursing customers out.I didn't get their names but I will go back to the store and get their names to put in here, I hope they learn to treat people in a respectful way, they need to remember they have a job thanks to the customers.

My Spanish-speaking mother came to the store last night, but unfortunately no one there was a Spanish speaker. My mom called me over the phone so I could help her translate. William with great pleasure took over my call to help my mom out. He was so patient and helpful to walk us through all the steps to help her activate her phone. He even stayed after close to help with our needs. Definitely would recommend this store and being assisted by Mr. William! ?

Terrible service. They don't care about the customer. I canceled my service for internet and instead went with Tmobile home internet. The best decision that I've ever made. Goodbuy Scamcast you lost a customer for life. Along with all my family memebers.

Horrible. Mid week mid afternoon 11th in the he queue. Forced to complain to manager at the store.Also try cancelling service on your mobile. It's ridiculous how difficult Xfinity makes it for customers to cancel. Additionally they ask why I'm cancelling and whether I'm moving: Both on the phone and at the store.

We've been paying several hundred dollars a month for cable, phone and fax services This location was not willing to help us lower our bill. Instead, it suggested applying for social security discounts or cutting our coverage. We are looking into other options for the services we need. Very disappointing.

I would not recommend coming in this store because the employees do not know how to greet you or have a welcoming attitude. Me and my mom went in today to ask a couple questions about our high bill and they seemed bothered and didn't even want to talk to us. Jeff *the guy who greeted us* told me that he understood what my mom was telling him but he kept answering in English which I found rude.

Xfinity cable is THE WORST CABLE COMPANY EVER !BEEN HAVING TV ISSUES SINCE MAY 13TH. I HAD A TECHNICIAN AT MY HOUSE HE HAS NO IDEA WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. THEN IT WORKED UNTIL THE COMMERCIAL CAME ON. NOW CABLE IS STILL NOT WORKING. BETWEEN TEXT MESSAGES & PHONE CALL. NOT ONE XFINITY EMPLOYEE CAN FIX THE PROBLEM NOT FROM A CUBICAL OR BEING IN MY HOME.AFTER TYPING THIS I WILL BE DROPPING COMCAST XFINITY HAS MY PROVIDER.I HAVE ALL READY MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE B.B.B.ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE EVER.

My husband went into this store on Saturday around 10:00 AM. There were apparently 2 grumpy customers in front of him wanting to return and cancel their service and seemed rather irate as the store can't cancel service. According to my husband, the employees remained calm and kinda to these people. Our service for returning old equipment and picking up new equipment was flawless and fast. Customer service was great and my husband was in/out of the store within less than 10 minutes.
