The guy pharmacy tech is so rude, the medicine is out of stock and he still told me to come back the next day and when came back he said oh it’s not yet available, he should have a concern from the sick people needs immediate medication.

I just received a call from CVS Pharmacy from a gentleman who said 'We don't take your insurance'. He was quite blunt and rude. Mind you, I just got new insurance and CVS is one of the options by way of Optum. I assured him that he was incorrect and then he says 'call your insurance, they'll tell ya'.... Historically we've enjoyed using Walgreens for our meds and I WOULD MUCH RATHER stay with Walgreens because this gentleman who called me was extremely unprofessional!

The pharmacist supervisor here is incredibly rude and incompetent. My mom goes to this pharmacy regularly and has complained about his negative attitude consistently. I called this location and they first told me they didn’t have any record of me at their location and told me to call a different location and that location said it was at their location. I called back and spoke to the manager this time, and he continued to say that they had no record of me and asked why I was going to this location as if that was pertinent information for him. He continued to be very sassy and rude so I became frustrated as he did not believe me that the app and the other location both said that the medication was ready at his location. I then asked to speak to somebody else, and he said there was nobody else at their location. Magically there was somebody else there and when she checked, she found the prescription. She stated that she didn’t scroll to the bottom of my profile, which they originally said, didn’t exist, to see the prescription. I strongly advise staying clear of this location if possible. It is clearly a very poorly run store with employees who lack proper training and customer service skills.

Trista is the absolute best. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and does everything she can to help her customers. She took it upon herself to do a little research regarding one of my prescriptions and called me later that night to let me know what she had found. She always greets you with a smiling, happy demeanor and I feel relief knowing she is there to help me when I come in. So grateful to her and all that she does.

Transferred my RX’s from another pharmacy due to an insurance change. The woman I spoke with at the pharmacy yesterday was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, today’s phone call to the pharmacist did not go the same direction. He spoke to me as if I were a child (“As I told you before…”), lectured me, made assumptions instead of listening, wouldn’t stop talking so I could ask a question (to determine the problem with the transfer), and then got defensive when I called him out for being rude! And he’s the department head! Just Wow!

The pharmacists are always quick to get a prescription filled. Always kind and explain all the necessary details of a new script.

Used to come here for years, not anymore. First instance, I had received an automated call that my medication was ready for pick up, so I show up and they state they still need to fill the prescription, no problem! I go shopping in target and come back and get told they are actually out of the medication but they are getting a shipment in the next day. So I wait two days and decide to call to see if there's an update, then get rudely told on the phone "we wouldn't give an eta on this because there's a well known shortage", the shortage (even though I didn't know that information) is fine but the problem lies in that I WAS actually told there'd be a shipment the next day. So anyways they say an order will be placed and I wait a week and a half and I decide to call again (as all this time I'm out of the medication) to see if another store had stock, I get told one location has plenty. Me being cautious, I instructed that I would call them first to confirm stock, THEN I would call them back if I needed to cancel/transfer. I then find out there's no stock so I decide to be patient. A few more days go by and I see on the app that I need to call the pharmacy to fill my prescription.. so I call once more and get told they canceled the order saying I instructed I was going elsewhere (another lie) so I don't see the point of arguing and just drop it and say to put the order back on and I wait an additional week with no medication, end of that instance. Then for my refill of the same medication, I call a week in advance to say my medication will be refilled on February 7th and if they need to do any special orders due to the shortage that they have that in. I get told "we have plenty to fill this prescription" doubted it! And sure enough on February 7th i get an app notification to call the pharmacy to fill the prescription. I call, and you guessed it, the medication is back ordered and an order will have to be placed (didn't even bother bringing up the previous call because what's the point). So alright! A few more days go by and again on the app it says the same message that I need to call the pharmacy to fill the prescription so I call again and get a man on the phone who was completely honest and straightforward (5 stars for him only) and says an order wasn't placed and they haven't had this in for a month (strange that I was told the previous week of having "plenty"). The man I spoke to was very honest and said this could take a while and even provided me an address of a CVS that shows stock so I thanked him and ended the call.I will not be coming back to this CVS, I thankfully found a independently owned pharmacy nearby who is able to fill the prescription and also provided me great information on how they will keep me updated on the shortages. This CVS location unfortunately tells you what you think you want to hear in person so you leave happily then come to find out it was a lie (you'd think with all these wasted phone calls they would realize they're just creating more work for themselves to do down the line). I unfortunately have no time to play Clue with my medication to find out which story is true, these instances have caused me to go weeks without taking my important medication and I can't even get the bare minimum of being told the truth of what's going on. Sad

Pharmacy has significantly gone downhill since last year. I have been unable to reach any member of the team all morning. I will unfortunately have to go all the way to the store just to talk to someone. I’m extremely disappointed.

CVS has good people but it is a messed up company. Fill yourdrug prescription at your own risk.

I'd give zero stars if I could. My doctor called in a medication refill order. I tried to pick it up on December 10, 2021.The pharmacy shelved the doctor's refill order. But it did not call me or my doctor to advise why it did that. The pharmacist, an elderly man with a bad attitude, said the big insurance companies get to decide what prescriptions can be re-filled, and on what schedule and do not have to notify patients or their doctors doctors if the doctor's order will not be honored. He said, "How old are you?" and " You should know how pharmacies work." CVS said if there was a good reason to refill a prescription off schedule, I or the doctor, should have notified the pharmacy. They need to know my business? In my case, it was because I left my medication behind accidentally while out of town. After some heated discussion, the pharmacist filled the order and I paid the full price, as I had expected to do. Needless to say, I am changing pharmacies immediately.

Had the very BEST walk in flu encounter for my girls and I. Not sure if I have the right last name but Dr. Jeffrey Sparks who gave us our flu shots was amazing!!! My 6yr old was terrified. He validated her feelings and was very honest with her as to when he'd give her the shot. He was also super patient as she had worked herself up. Hands down he was the best person who I've gotten a shot from. His technique was perfect & none of us had the swollen/sore arm that we usually do. Hope he's there forever because he will be the only 1 I'd want to administer our shots.
