“This is by far the nicest Dollar Tree I’ve ever been in. So clean, organized, fully stocked, the employee were so nice & helpful. The man working at the register when I came in opened the door for me & my daughter in a stroller & opened it on my way out & for another family walking in. “I worked here for nearly a year and recently moved on but I continue to shop here. I loved my coworkers and I had the absolute Best manager ever. Everyone who works there has something to offer and is a good asset!! But too many times actually almost every day we would get terrible, entitled, disrespectful customers that would contribute to making our jobs harder. But aside from that… This store is probably the best Dollar General in Waukegan! I still get greeted when I shop and I’m able to have a good laugh and get what I need.”

For a long time they had some pretty terrible employees who would be very rude to customers or just stand there on their phones watching tv. They have a lot of new products now as well too! “ESMERELDA THE STORE MANAGER is a RABID RACIST.She loves to harass and racially profile innocent black people and accuse them of theft.She did that to me today and thank God a another black woman told her that I didn't steal anything!!!! She never apologized and I'm never coming back except for my attorney to drop off the lawsuit papers against her and Family Dollar. Black people don't shop here at all!!!
