Lots of nice shoes. Store is dark. Shoes are stacked on high shelves. Not easy to find what you want and hard to find help. Prices higher than other retail stores in our area.

Loved Most of their shoes not too many black heel variety but there is a lot of sandles staff was very pleasant and helpful! Sales were great!

I bought some boots when I went to check out. I wasn't given a bag for the box and I asked for one. I was told I could buy one. I asked if they had any free bags and the woman said they do but it's in the back. I asked if she could go and get one so she did. She comes back, puts the bag on the counter and walks away. So I had to bag my own purchase. This was the manager that did that by the way. Very unprofessional. They need to look into hiring a new manager!

I returned a pair of shoes ordered online back to this store. I didn’t get a receipt for my return. I was told they would email me the receipt. Upon looking at my bank statement I noticed the amount credited back did not agree with the amount that I was originally charged. When I called the store to get the discrepancy figured out, I was faced with an arrogant representative that offered no assistance. He claimed it was my bank that charged me wrong for the shoes. Really? I think the store should get customer service representatives that have common sense.Sadly disappointed. Buyer beware here.

I've been to this location 4 times now and an employee has offered to help me each time. Inventory has been great, many options and my size has been in stock.

Be aware if you buy shoes here, you can't return them if you have worn them. Often you find they are defective after you wear them. Sorry, no refund for you!. Poor customer service and no warranty on things they sell.
