I ordered a birthday present through this store. My experience confirms what the other reviews are saying. No one answers phone calls, and late night delivery. I can understand late deliveries on holidays, but this was a random Wednesday in October. I was finally able to get a hold of a person after I placed a cancellation request, but they were extremely rude. They told me that "this isn't dominos" and explained away the concerns I experienced and that others have brought up in these reviews by saying that they have "thousands of satisfied customers that just don't review." In my experience on Google maps, it is very very difficult to get below 3 stars. I've only seen a handful of businesses make it that low. And when there are so many reviews complaining about the same thing, there is definitely a problem. I did get a text message with an apology after I complained to the edible arrangements customer service line. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

I ordered 91.00 of birthday presents for my daughter to be delivered today. I ordered days ago and received a confirmation. The store closes in one hour and nobody is answering the phone. Tracking the order shows no movement so I will never order from Edible Arrangements again. Totally unacceptable and ruined my surprise

This is by far the WORST service I have ever experienced! I took off of work early to surprise my mom for her bday with an edible arrangement, flowers and cupcakes. I received confirmation that my order would be ready for pick up at 1PM. I arrived at 1:30PM and there was a sign on the door saying staff would be back at 2PM. I waited until 2:20PM along with 3 other customers. I called corporate and they were not helpful at all. At 2:49PM my order was cancelled. I called the store upwards of 10 times and left a voicemail. None of my calls were returned. That’s the very last time I order from edible arrangements!

For my mothers birthday was my first time ordering and I had made a mistake when ordering online. But Sarah answered the phone and was no nice in walking me through this and she even made it to my mother's job on time before she left. Thank you so much Sarah for you excellent job and friendliness

Unfortunately, Google would not let me leave zero Stars. As a mother's Day gift, I was delivered moldy strawberries. Unfortunately when I contacted the store, I was treated in a very hostile manner and the manager would not even let me speak, let alone replace or refund the 12 dipped strawberries. They claim that it is doordash's fault even though the fruit was delivered 8 minutes after it left the store. For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to call corporate, the store will not answer the phone and does not return phone calls either. THE POOR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE are the truth. Do not take your chance in order from the store!

Hi everyone, I had a GREAT experience with this store and store manager today. I failed to add a card to my order and the store promptly helped me fix this. They also went over and above to make sure I was informed on the delivery process. I recommend using this store. Thank you Sarah and team!!!

Was out of town when fruit arrangement was delivered. The owner was very nice and said she would deliver it again when we got back and would one of my neighbors like the arrangement that was delivered. Both arrangements that came were fantastic.

I love ordering from the gurnee location. They actually make orders fresh day off , everytime I order from another location it’s been sitting left over from the day before. I order from here for all events. Birthdays Valentine’s Day Mother’s Day get well arrangements. Sarah and harmony go above and beyond to make sure all clients needs are met!

When my order was being delivered the recipient did not answer the door and I got a personal text from the store owner regarding the situation with a picture. This was also helpful because I forgot to put my name on the order so I needed to let the recipient know it was from me as well. Only negative- my order was not delivered on the day requested, but the owner of the store reached out and apologized and it all worked out in the end.

The gurnee locations always goes above and beyond! I love how friendly the staff is and how much effort they put into each individual order. Everything I purchase not only looks great but tastes fresh too!

Poor quality! I had chocolate covered strawberries. The messiest job ever. Very disappointing. Even the strawberry leaves were all covered in chocolate. It was a disaster.
