When this location opened up a couple of years ago? I was so excited, but since then it changed employees are rude and always making problems with the returns. They always making us pay for extra boxes and all the stuff I have returned many things in past that comes fromFedEx and somehow when I take it back, they refuse to take it and they always want me to buy extra boxes please save yourself. Don't don't go to this location. Avoid them at all. Nobody else in the area would get those kind of problems.

The employee today refused to ship my non-hazardous package because I reused a flashlight box and there were remnants of a lithium battery sticker. My package was non-hazardous and contain zero lithium batteries, which I told her repeatedly . This cost me a half hour to drive to another location that shipped it instead of being difficult without reason.

Nice new location and everything at your fingertips. I came to get menus printed and had wonderful service. Lizz was terrific in helping me accomplish all of my numerous tasks.

Chris had great service, fast and friendly. I emailed my label 20 minutes prior to getting to the store. Before I even made it to the store, I received an email stating the label was ready.

zero stars. I needed to send fax, waited in line only for the cashier to tell me that I should go and do it myself. There were no instructions, I wasn't able to send fax from digital document and asked for help. After that I was told that there is a line and was ignored. I left to another place and will never be back.

Had a delivery scheduled for 3/1/23, Tuesday, with the package being out for delivery and in my area to be dropped off via tracking shipment, the fed ex driver came to my residence and drove right passed me as I was right outside waiting for my package. Then they change delivery dates on me and tell me it’s going to be delivered the next day because no one was outside to sign the package when I clearly was. I called customer service to help and apparently the package was never on the truck in the first place. Unprofessional and super inconvenient for people that work and have little to no time off to be expecting packages only for them to be moved and completely twisted. Please take care of customers better

We stood in line to send a fax. But we were sent to self-service. We weren't sure how to use the machine because we had the document on a flash drive. Therefore, we approached for help, to which we were told that they would come to us. After 20 minutes we left because no one paid attention to us anymore. We queued up once, we asked for help twice and we left after 20 minutes of waiting because we weren't being noticed. I hope this information is sufficient.

Watch what you bring here , they stole my phone I was sending back to Apple .. then I got hacked 2 times right after that in a month - this place is shady you can’t trust your items to be shipped here and they do nothing about it your just out of luck
