They were able to fix the leak in my tire from a nail. Didn’t charge me anything. Previously I had taken my car to Sam’s Club and they wanted to sell me a new tire. Never again Sam’s Club. Going to Firestone first from now on

I originally booked with another fire stone, they ended up cancelling my order and 2 others absolutely could not get me in. Gurnee said "be here in 30?" ?? They where there for me, when my alternator was not. Pun intended.

Garbage shop with garbage people. Stop by if you want them to try and overcharge for oil changes and “dirty” air filters that I had just replaced myself. Attempted to charge over $200 for an oil change for a civic.
Absolute trash and dishonest service. Avoid at all costs. Work is average at best.

I had been bringing my car to this location for the past year or so I always get a good service, especially from Justin, he is always willing to go out of his way to help me out. I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to get my car running!

I walked into the shop because my normal dealership was swamped and overbooked. I didn’t have an appointment and never have been to the location. Despite this, the Store Manager Justin got me in and out for my services. Customers with appointments also weren’t inconvenienced at all, so these guys were great and efficient. They also do great work!
I’d recommend them to anyone in the market for a new shop that’s going to do solid work and treat you well. Thanks guys!

Everytime I have a low tire pressure alert I always go to this place. Eventhough this is not my regular service center I always feel comfortable coming here because the staff are always nice and accomodating and professional. They don’t even charge me to check my tire pressure each time. So when I got a new car and one of the tires got punctured by a nail, I readily brought my car here for repair without a second thought. There are free snacks in the waiting area as well which is a bonus.

I usually go to Firestone in Round Lake. I called because of a slow leak in the tire on Wed Night I was on hold twice for over 15 min and the third time I called they picked up. They were rude and told me they cant see me till Monday and I was a 15 year loyal customer at this location. I called the Gurnee location he was upbeat and very happy to help. They told me I could come in that night but would wait and hour. Instead I made an appointment for the next day. I arrived on time they took car in at that time and worked on it got car back in an hour. They now have a loyal customer at that location now going forward. Takes a lot to loose a customer like Round Lake did but to not even attempt to help a 15 year and spending thousands over the years is not a good look on them.

Rental car had a nail in the tire. Easy patch job. Refused to look at it because it was too close to closing (25 min). I could have the tire off and patched and re balanced in 25 minutes at the bases hobby shop. And this curly haired kid was too concerned with getting off on time. Zero stars.

Walked in at 4:30 PM today in dire need of a new tire. Tony said they had one in stock and replaced it. I was out the door by 5 PM when they closed. Excellent service, thank you, Tony!
