The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, Steve is the most caring person and ALWAYS goes above and beyond! Javier is super fun and all the girls are extremely professional and knowledgeable!

I went to get a shoe at Lincolnwood but had to go to Gurnee Mills where it was in my son's size. I was grateful for the clerk at Lincolnwood for checking on-line and the clerk at GurneeMills who went in the back to see if they had it. My son was a happy kid.

Been going here since 2017, first time back since initial pandemic lockdown March 2019. I grab a pair of baseball player youth shoes to have the Latina girl completely Clownin’ on me telling me the shoes I grabbed were Girls youth shoes when I know the style was a male baseball player. Left the store disgusted shocked and frankly disassociated with the fact that a female would sit there fight with me telling me what shoes I got on, after she handed them to me before even telling me what section they’re from. I’m 26 she must’ve been below 26, I won’t be clowned by no female worker at this mall. I got a pair of $44 sketchers down the block there. It’s a business world welcome to 2021 it’s a mans world these women female workers should learn some class.

We just came back from the store and when we opened the bag we noticed that they didn't take off the security magnet. The alarm wasn't even ringing that's why we couldn't see that magnet was still on the clothing. I had to youtube it to take it off by ourselves. Of course we didnt steal it, we definitely have the receipt. The magnet had some ink and the cloth got stained. The customer service was also so bad. I asked for the size and the guy didn't even answer my question. I would never go to this store in my future. One star is not even worthy. If there was zero star, I'd definitely give them zero star.

The selection of shoes wasn’t vary good and the manger seems lazy I asked for the hr number and he wouldn’t give it to me every time I would ask for a size for a shoe he would just look me in the face and tell me we didn’t have it without even checking. I am outraged and will never shop here again

They need to work on customer service. There were about 6 or 7 people working there, only 1 person is pleasant enough to answer questions and actually provide customer service. They don't answer you when you ask something. They brought out a shoe that I guess was reserved for another customer which I later found out by this guy coming up to me and tells me that I cannot try them on. Is this my fault? Did I bring them out? NO. I definitely would not buy anything from here in the future.
