Very understanding to the fact that this location does not accept SHEIN returns (even though their customer service reps say differently) but the lack of customer service of team members in store is very apparent.. rude, not greeting, and gave off a very “I hate my job” demeanor……..

I often shop at this store but was rudely forced to give my email otherwise they wouldn't allow me to purchase my items. The cashier LaShunda threw up her hands and said I can't override the system so you can't buy anything. Horrible attitude and poor customer service.

The store manager Porsche was extremely helpful and kind by taking time out of her busy schedule to locate a pair of boots. Excellent customer service. Five stars the individual and the store she represents. ❤️

I tried to return a shirt I received that was damaged. The receipt says returns are valid through 60 days on purchase, but the employee kept insisting it was 30 days, not 60 like my receipt, and their store policy, says. Manager came over and said the same thing. Please do your job correctly and read recepts thoroughly

So I purchase a game from Amazon a couple days ago, of course they cannot deliver today like promised (that's another story). So I cancel the order from Amazon, I go online last night looking for the game, it shows Forever21 has them in stock at the Gurnee location, AWESOME! I order it right away, it says I'll get an email when it's ready to pick up. No email by noon today so I call... manager gets on the phone and informs me that they don't have it. She proceeds to tell me that corporate puts those numbers in and MAYBE it's being shipped to them. Corporate says "oh it shows here they have 6" I inform them that the manager claimed she searched for it and none are there. The man was rude, offered no solution, and said Id be refunded in 3-5 business days. Not one person for the company offered to help or provide a solution and when I asked WHY it shows in stock he told me it didn't that it showed they are out of stock. My how the story has changed! NEVER will I shop there again!
