Over the course of a year and a half I have been contacted by a recruiter from here 4 times. Three times I had applied for the position, once I had not. Each time they reach out over text message and set an appointment for a phone call. All 4 times that phone call never came. First and second time I just assumed there was an error along the way or the positions had been filed and the recruiters didnt feel it nessisary to let those waiting know. 3rd time I responded to the text message an hour or so passed our call time.. the next day I recieved a message stating the recruiter had been out sick that day, sorry for the inconvenience, with no plan to reschedule. The 4th time I was contacted and no call, I messaged approx. 30 mins after call time asking if we were still scheduled to chat and the girl responded.. she had called me but it went straight to voicemail. Not sure how that happened, I was not on my phone, had no missed calls, no voicemail was left... at that point she offered to reshedule for the following morning, stating she still wanted to chat about this new opportunity she had available. The following day, 10 mins prior to call time I received a text from someone else at talent bridge, letting me know I would not be getting a call from so and so...the job had been filled. I was told they would be reaching out soon, when a new opportunity came up. Super unprofessional, waste of time! I skip over any of their job ads now.

Nice agency, but they discrimate against medical cannabis users. When some medical cannabis is FDA approved such as CBD oil with no THC what so ever. I have a right to use my medication, and also have a right to get a good job. I am no criminal either, but I am treated as such. Good luck giving all the good jobs to alcoholics and pill poppers.

I got emails to call the office to setup a intervew on indeed and They never answer the phone on the main line , I tried calling everyday for a week when I was looking for work. Their customer service is just like the clothes they sell at the goodwill parent company , poor quality and second rate

To all the people complaining about Goodwill Talent bridge not being a store, it clearly says it's not a store in it's name. LMAO!!! This place is a wonderful agency to work for. My hubby works for goodwill on the naval Base and they're a great company to work for, and grow with. Multiple opportunities and careers here. Keep up the good work Goodwill!!!!

They never pick up the phone..the receptionist is never at her desk ..i was on assignment with them for a year and when I had trouble with pay roll they never answer the phone, I had to go in and talk to them in person even then they said make an appointment they are busy , it sucks? . They have a decent job selection, but your on your own once you start an assignment . I don't recommend this place try manpower
