Worst.they don't know how to behave with customers specifically kids! The guy cut his own finger and scolded my kid it happens because of him!! Really!! My kid was upset for 2 days! Blaiming himself.
This happened 3 times. Everytime same guy.
He is like scarring my kid to not move a muscle otherwise something bad will happen!!
I can see the stylist was struggling and was new. Didn't great clips responsible for behavioral training to its employees?
Will never go there!!

my haircut was done well.
I had a March madness coupon in my email with a valid code. I had the email pulled up when I walked in. Somehow, when I put my phone down and went to get the haircut, it got deleted. I could not pull the email up and there was no way they could help me. I tried calling Customerservice because, I knew I had a valid email from great clips during March madness that expired on May 23. I was in there on May 23. However, there was nothing they could do so I had to pay full price it was a 9.99 coupon. so half off!!

Excellent service from stylist Billy. He's highly professional, easy to communicate with, and has a great eye for detail. He also offers thoughtful style recommendations. I definitely recommend him as your go-to stylist.

I had a GREAT experience with Billy, I was a little apprehensive at first because it was my first time at great clips and I’m a Latina with frizzy curly hair! He talked me through the trim and took his time to measure and even out my hair. He also ASKED ME FIRST how much I’d prefer taken off instead of getting scissor happy and just chopping! Most stylists in my area struggle with my hair and leave it uneven and choppy looking after a trim or cut, but Billy Nailed it! my hair looks and feels healthier after my blow out! I will definitely be returning.

We been taking our 5 year old here for a year now if not longer. He is not always the easiest but they always so nice to him and do great job very patient and sweet. He always comes out looking great and we get compliments on his hair cut.
