Love the staff and the clothes. Never have an issue when we decide to stop in. I just wish they extended the sizes to petite and plus size so I could gift to my friends!! Ahtziri and Esme were great help!

The staff was stupid as hell. They don’t know what they are doing. Training should be provided!Store manager is Gabriel, who came up strong without even understanding/knowing the problem.Worst customer service ever!

Amazing staff... never had an issue. However, I wish prices were cheaper so I can buy much much more. Hahaha. As for the kids clothing, so cute, but same wish prices were way lower, when you have multiple kids, my goss it get expensive. All in all, great customer service, love this store. P.s. Guess needs to make kids Guess shoes. ? my kids are growing way to fast hurry up. lol

The outfits that the guy with the nice hair picked out for me were perfect! I needed some office attire, I recieved so many compliments at work. Definitely great customer service with good knowledge of product and style.

For me I would give them 0 stars but since it was my favorite store I gave it one, it is Gurnee Mills. The employees who serve customers made fun of me, very rude and bad attention, I am going to buy, not to ask.

They have very nice clothes; It's just that sometimes it seems very simple since some of my blouses became ugly around the neck and others later got a hole in them ? so I don't know what's happening? Do you only pay for the brand? Plus they no longer send coupons like they did before?
