I went into the Gurnee Il store and Elsa helped me because I lost my diamond in my engagement ring. She is wonderful! I appreciated her being supportive of my situation and helped me find a beautiful diamond and setting. She also gave me a great deal and she is just the most helpful associate and she is just a sweetheart!

Brenda and Samantha has made it so easy for me and my fiance to pick out our wedding bands we are super excited to receive them in a few weeks!!! I even found the perfect jewelry for my wedding dress I'm coming back for thanks you guys for all of your help.
***Update*** although we started off good I'm very disappointed because we were sold on a guarantee that our wedding bands would be ready before our wedding date. I was told it would be ready by September 1st I called a week before just for an ETA and was told not to worry because it'll be ready for SURE!! I didn't call back because I trust their word. Only to get a call on 08/31 that my ring would be ready by October 1st. Excuse me!! my wedding is September 21st her only option for me was to buy a standard ring until the original one comes in. That's insane I shouldn't have to buy a second ring, this is unexcusable now I have to go somewhere else and hope and pray I can get it in 19 days. I probably would never shop here again.

I came in for a necklace repair and Isla helped me. It was very quick and Isla was amazing. The jeweler Katie fixed it without having to restring it. They were both very helpful and in the end there was no charge.

I just want to take a minute to acknowledge Brandon. That man is the sweetest. I came in looking for a graduation gift for my daughter. Brandon ended up helping me find the perfect piece. It's an owl sitting on the bottom of the moon Cresent. Well my daughter's dad who passed away when she was 7, always told her, I love you to the moon and back. Her step dad loves owls. So this necklace has a piece of her dad and step-dad in it. Plus owls are seen on lots of graduation gifts. I just want to thank Brandon for helping me today. I was struggling to find a gift for her and this was just perfect. Thank you so much Brandon!
